We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Quality Technician to join our team at Dawsongroup bus & coach.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced technician to provide technical expertise and support to enhance our fleet quality process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test vehicles before dispatch to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Provide technical support to our team to ensure all work is completed safely and complies with industry guidelines
  • Work closely with our Service Delivery Manager to maintain our vehicles to the highest standards
  • Identify and report any issues to the Service Delivery Manager

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • General knowledge of vehicle maintenance
  • Experience with commercial vehicle accident repairs
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Desirable: completed an apprenticeship in City and Guilds or similar in PCV mechanical environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Clean driving license (highly desirable)
