The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Assistant. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high operational standards, and building strong relationships with our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all customers.
  • Maintain high operational standards, including store appearance, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
Requirements
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a minimum contract of 8 hours per week.
