Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in a nursing home setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of culinary staff, including an Assistant Chef and Catering Assistants

  • Operate within budget, managing food costs and inventory

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in catering for older adults, with a valid food hygiene certificate

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
