Key Responsibilities- Deliver Global Reward Strategy: Support and implement initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Lead Reward Projects: Oversee global annual review cycles, pay gap reporting, and a variety of compensation-related projects.
- Collaborate & Drive Success: Work closely with stakeholders across all levels, managing Reward Analysts (2), and ensuring project success.
- Data Analysis & Presentation: Conduct in-depth data analysis, presenting findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Create Positive Change: Be a driving force behind key people projects that align with the company's goals.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Proven experience in compensation management including job levelling and bonus frameworks.
- Strong project management skills, ideally in a large professional services or corporate environment.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a systematic, results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data governance.
- Team management experience is preferred, with a background in professional services sector as a plus.
