Job Title: Event and Volunteer Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Event and Volunteer Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in planning and executing events that inspire young people to explore careers in STEM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement event strategies to engage students and promote STEM careers
  • Build and maintain relationships with volunteers, stakeholders, and community partners
  • Coordinate logistics and operations for events, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment
  • Manage event budgets and ensure financial sustainability
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement volunteer engagement strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event planning, volunteer management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Passion for inspiring young people to explore STEM careers
