Castle Wedding Housekeeping Team Member

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Clearwell Castle, a multi-award-winning wedding venue in the UK. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our castle wedding venue is immaculately presented for our couples and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our wedding couples and their guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and preparation of bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas, including polishing, hovering, and bed making.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of wedding décor, including chair sashes and other decorative elements.
  • Work collaboratively with our events team to ensure seamless execution of weddings and events.
Requirements:
  • A positive and friendly attitude, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills within our team.
