Position Overview
We are in search of a committed and skilled Assistant Manager for a Children's Care Facility.

This role presents an excellent chance to become part of an innovative children's care organization, which has a well-defined succession plan for its Assistant Managers over the next 18 months to 2 years.

If you aspire to advance to the position of Registered Manager and seek a structured pathway to achieve this, this opportunity is tailored for you.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management team in delivering high-quality care and ensuring the well-being of the children in our facility. Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Assisting in the daily operations of the care home.
  2. Providing leadership and guidance to staff members.
