Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Tour Guide to join our team at Biggin Hill Airport. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting guided tours, communicating with customers, and sharing historical and technical information about our aircraft and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct guided tours of our restoration workshops and hangars, highlighting the history and technical aspects of our aircraft.
• Communicate with customers, answering questions and providing information about our experiences and facilities.
• Assist with the promotion of sales of aviation experiences and services.
• Contribute to the general housekeeping of our facility, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Requirements

• Excellent guided tour and communication skills.
• Customer service and sales experience, preferably in the aviation or tourism industry.
• Knowledge of history related to WWII and aviation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments.
