Key Responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant
- Delivering outstanding customer service to both candidates and clients
- Conducting telephone and email outreach to promote the company's services to potential clients
- Managing relationships with existing clients
- Identifying and matching candidates to current job openings using our database and online platforms
- Evaluating candidate applications for suitability against live vacancies
- Conducting telephone interviews with candidates
- Drafting and posting job advertisements online
Requirements for the Recruitment Consultant Position
- Self-driven with a strong work ethic and a positive outlook
- A personal ambition to achieve success
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs (A*-C) including English Language and Mathematics (A Levels and Degree are advantageous)
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and spoken English
- Experience in a sales-oriented environment is beneficial
Compensation for the Recruitment Consultant Role
- Competitive starting salary
- Performance-based salary with an uncapped commission structure
- Standard working hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 17:30 & Friday 8:30 - 13:00
- Quarterly performance bonuses of up to £2000 annually
- Initial benefits include 20 days of holiday plus 8 bank holidays and a paid Christmas shutdown
