The successful candidate will work with students aged 7-16 with Complex Learning Difficulties & Associated Needs, including Autism, Speech & Language Disorders, and Challenging Behaviour.

About the Role:
  • Support students with Autism & Learning Difficulties in a nurturing and caring environment
  • Work with a dedicated team to provide a pupil-centred educational programme
  • Previous experience working within a schools setting and/or special educational needs is advantageous, but not essential
  • Ongoing training will be offered throughout the role
Contract Details:
  • Location: Southampton, Hampshire
  • Position: Learning Support Assistant
  • Type of work: Supporting students with Autism & Learning Difficulties
  • Start date: September 2024
  • Contract type: Temporary/Permanent

Requirements:
  • Previous LSA experience is required, ideally within the SEN sector
