About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Service Delivery Specialist to join our team at Diligenta, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our Project Management Office (PMO), you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of projects and programs across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the PMO team, including data analysis, report preparation, and quality assurance checking.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project governance and standards, ensuring accurate and timely data and reports.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure effective governance and resource allocation, including capacity planning and budget management.
  • Contribute to the creation of regular reports for project managers and the PMO manager, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective project delivery.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of project office industry best practices and methodologies.
  • Understanding of project and program management principles and practices.
  • Currently working towards or interested in project management qualifications, such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
  • Experience working within a financial services organization is an asset.
