About the Role:

  • You will be working closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new clients.
  • You will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients, including conducting interviews, assessing candidate skills and experience, and making recommendations to clients.
  • You will be working in a highly social and dynamic culture, with regular team-building activities and social events.
  • You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission and bonuses based on your performance.

Requirements:

  • You will have a strong academic background and a passion for the recruitment industry.
  • You will be a financially driven individual with a competitive and outgoing nature.
  • You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • You will be a hard worker with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
  • You will have a strong understanding of the digital and tech industry and be able to communicate this to clients and candidates.
