About the Role

AWE is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Administrator to support the operation of teams within the AWE Engineering group.

This role will require you to carry out a wide range of tasks for several stakeholders, concurrently, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configuration Documentation Management: Manage configuration documentation produced by Engineering teams, supporting them in the creation and/or completion of documents as required.
  • Data Compilation and Reporting: Compile, coordinate, and generate reports, as well as manage various key metrics, visual management boards, route cards, inventory management, and minute taking and presentations.
  • Spreadsheet Management: Manage various spreadsheets, including those denoting the status of projects, training, review responses, and actions.
  • Document Control: Print, bind, file, and control Drawings, Method Statements, Technical Reports, and Design History documentation.
  • Support Functions: Support Quality, Safety, Projects, Facility, and any other relevant department/programme/project as per business need.
  • General Administration: Perform general administrative duties, maintaining high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality.
Requirements
  • Administrative Background: Strong administrative background with excellent stakeholder management expertise.
  • Technical Skills: Competence in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio), working experience with Sharepoint and MS Teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
