Job Summary

The Assistant Store Leader is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team. As a strategic business partner, you will work closely with the Store Leader to achieve business objectives, manage store operations, and lead by example to inspire and motivate the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction targets
  • Collaborate with the Store Leader to develop and implement business strategies, goals, and action plans
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury or fashion brand
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
