Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or above in early years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including split shifts and part-time
