Civil Infrastructure Engineer Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at Access Talent Group. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of projects across multiple sectors, including residential, education, commercial, and regeneration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects and develop a team of varying levels
  • Develop and train junior staff in software, sector, and upskilling
  • Represent the company and drive its presence and awareness through networking
  • Have an in-depth understanding of industry processes, including planning applications, procurement, and technical approvals
  • Be proficient in industry software such as Microdrainage, Causeway Flow, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD
  • Have exceptional report-writing skills
  • Have high proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word)
  • Enjoy a 3-day hybrid working week in the office
