Job Title: Commercial Litigation Legal PA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal PA to join our busy litigation team. As a Legal PA, you will play a crucial role in supporting fee earners by delivering high-quality secretarial and administrative work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary management for fee earners
  • Providing high-quality secretarial support, including document preparation and management
  • Assisting with billing and invoicing
  • Audio transcription
  • Managing complex administrative tasks such as document management and billing systems
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Legal PA, ideally with experience in conveyancing
  • Strong proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
  • A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
