About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the UCL Eastman Dental Institute as an Education Administrator - Programme Support. As a key member of the team, you will provide specialist administration to MBA programmes, ensuring effective procedures are adopted and documented for dealing with all aspects of the administration.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to MBA programmes, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services to students and staff.
  • Assist in achieving a high-quality and timely service to current and prospective students and staff related to the designated MBA degree programmes and beyond.
  • Support the teaching and learning activities of students, from enquiry to completion, including supporting committees and processes relating to assessment, student, and programme records.

About You

You will have experience in providing administrative support in an education environment, ideally higher education. You will be able to supervise and work independently, have good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of people. You will also be able to demonstrate your ability to adapt, be proactive, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines with a commitment to high-quality service provision.
