Role Overview

As a pivotal member of our team, the Technical Support Team Supervisor will oversee the maintenance operations within our production environment. This position is structured around a standard workweek, Monday to Friday, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

As the Technical Support Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading the maintenance engineering team within your designated area.
  • Collaborating with management to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
  • Implementing action plans to minimize equipment maintenance costs and downtime.
  • Conducting daily maintenance planning and scheduling to ensure optimal production flow.

Daily Maintenance Planning

Your role will involve:
  • Organizing maintenance and repair tasks for the upcoming 24 hours during scheduled downtimes.
  • Providing updates on preventative maintenance activities during daily meetings.
  • Preparing and leading weekly maintenance scheduling discussions.
  • Updating the annual maintenance plan based on monthly assessments.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline, preferably with an electrical focus.
  • A minimum level 3 electrical qualification.
