We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef to join our team at Ember Inns. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and working closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas, working closely with our culinary team to ensure that our dishes are innovative and delicious.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies and managing stock levels to ensure that we have everything we need to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Chef in a similar environment.
