Job Title: Finance Manager

Clover HR Services Limited is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day financial operations, develop financial statements, analyze financial data, and prepare financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thorough and detailed bookkeeping, including the creation and maintenance of management accounts.
  • Provision of financial advice and support to aid business decisions.
  • Monitoring of day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, invoicing, cash flow, and budget adherence.
  • Facilitation of day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, invoicing, cash flow, and budget adherence.
  • Preparation of financial reports (MI reporting) on a monthly and annual basis for year-end audit.
  • Review of financial reports with the MD and CEO and take action as necessary.
  • Contract auditing and reconciliation services to ensure financial monitoring is up-to-date.
  • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures.
  • Seek out methods and practices to minimize financial risk.
  • Salary preparation and review, including liaison with payroll and pension providers.
  • Management of employee pension payments and key contact for HMRC taxation matters.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate purchase and ledger analysis, variance analysis, management of accruals and prepayments.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Expertise in financial statements preparation.
  • Experience in accounting and finance.
  • Proficient in financial reporting and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience with financial software and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g. CPA) are a plus.
