Key Responsibilities:
  • Professionally interact with current and prospective clients to elevate their experience.
  • Timely follow-up on leads through various communication channels.
  • Ensure the Marketing Suite, Show Homes, and surrounding areas are maintained to a high standard.
  • Regularly check on-site and off-site signage for correctness.
  • Stay updated on local market competitors and compile monthly analysis reports.
  • Foster positive relationships with Estate Agents to generate new leads.
  • Advocate for company Purchasing Assistance Incentives and additional features to enhance revenue.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to unsold properties.
  • Conduct daily inspections of completed properties and report any discrepancies for prompt resolution.
  • Maintain communication with buyers to keep them informed about construction progress.
Experience Required:
Previous experience in a comparable position within the residential construction sector.

Key Skills:
- In-depth understanding of the New Build Sector and Housing Market.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven track record in New Build Sales.
