Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our pastoral care team, with a focus on behaviour, conduct, and attendance. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a calm and orderly environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically lead attendance, behaviour, and personal development through effective planning and communication.
  • Lead safeguarding efforts and serve as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
  • Line manage the Director of Behaviour and Safeguarding Officer.
  • Manage the Fair Access Process (FAP) and represent the school in admission appeals meetings.
  • Oversee assemblies and lead the annual programme of assemblies.
  • Strategically lead parent communication to ensure effective and impactful communication.
