Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at Randstad Staffing. As a Sales and Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for generating and converting sales from various sources, demonstrating our premium homes, and managing sales through to exchange.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and Convert Sales: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, convert leads into sales, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Demonstrate Premium Homes: Showcase our premium homes to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Manage Sales Through to Exchange: Guide customers through the sales process, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.

Requirements:

  • Ambitious and Results-Driven: You must be a self-motivated and driven individual with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous experience in new home sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
