About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HGV driver with HIAB experience to join our team at Algeco UK LIMITED. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery and collection of our hire fleet units to client sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and collect hire fleet units to client sites, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
  • Operate HIAB equipment to load and unload units, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and equipment are in good working condition.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and meet customer expectations.
Requirements
  • HGV 1 or 2 Driver Licence with HIAB experience.
  • Experience pulling trailers and operating HIAB equipment.
  • Qualified lorry loader operator (CSCS/ALLMI) certification.
  • Good understanding of current regulations, including EU driver hours, Working Time Directive, and Driver's Tachograph restrictions.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
