About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Project Management Specialist to join our Joint Venture & Infrastructure Project Management team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and execute projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance in project planning, execution, and control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project planning, cost control, scheduling, and overall project quality.
  • Collaborate closely with project engineers and other project professionals to offer work direction and guidance.
  • Assist in resolving project management problems related to project planning deficiencies, project quality defects, schedule delays, and potential cost overruns.
  • Lead internal or external problem-solving teams as directed by management.
  • Conduct training courses in project management and provide training and mentorship to developing engineers and other project management professionals.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from a recognized and approved program (advanced degree preferred).
  • Professional certification by AACE, PMI, or the professional engineering boards.
  • Fifteen (15) years of experience in the project management field.
  • Ability to relocate permanently to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
