Product Manager, Software

As a Product Manager, Software, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Electronic Arts' (EA) IT products. Reporting to the Director of Product & Customer Success, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with IT functions to understand business needs and develop product strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct research to uncover customer needs and pain points, and partner with engineering, UX, and external vendors to assess build vs. buy options.
  • Manage the delivery cycle, from concept to implementation, ensuring that products meet customer expectations and technical realities.
  • Collaborate with teams to refine requirements, create product releases, and manage delivery plans, issues, and decisions.
  • Facilitate communication and training to ensure awareness and adoption of new features.
  • Work with Customer Success Managers to solicit feedback, analyze data, and continuously test and improve products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Experience with Software Asset Management is essential.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent planning and problem-solving skills.
