Production Manager Role at Bray Leino Events

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic team at Bray Leino Events. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for delivering live event production elements, working closely with the Head of Production and other Production Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Production and Production Managers to deliver live event production elements
  • Attend internal project meetings and contribute to production and creative planning
  • Develop estimates, quotes, and proposals for production solutions, often working within specified budgets
  • Create and understand 3D drawings for venues and event layouts
  • Identify onsite production requirements, create production schedules, and manage event delivery
  • Sources production quotes, build relationships, and negotiate with suppliers
  • Manage on-site crews, suppliers, and sub-contractors for all audio visual, lighting, and rigging requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience in live event production, preferably in experiential, conferences, gala dinners, or exhibition projects
  • Understanding of technical elements involved in live event production, including sound, lighting, staging, and rigging, exhibition stand build, large format printing, logistics, and health & safety compliance
  • Working knowledge of SketchUp 3D software or willingness to learn
  • Solid knowledge of health and safety compliance, RAMS, and CDM processes, risk assessments, and method statements
  • Excellent organizational skills, account management skills, and communication skills
  • Ability to travel and work at weekends or evenings when required
