About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and flexible Support Team Member to join our team at Next during the Christmas season. As a Support Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our stock is processed efficiently and effectively, allowing us to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process stock quickly and accurately, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, and putting stock away.
  • Locate, pack, and transfer stock in and out of store, meeting deadlines to deliver to customers on time.
  • Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy, and organized, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service to customers.
  • Support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers at all times.
  • Take control of your own development, identifying areas for improvement and seeking support from colleagues and managers.
