Fragrance Specialist

At Le Labo, we're seeking a talented Fragrance Specialist to join our team. As a Fragrance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating personalized fragrance experiences for our clients.

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable individual who is eager to learn and grow with our company. As a Fragrance Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in the world of fragrances, working closely with our team of experienced perfumers and sales experts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create personalized fragrance experiences for clients
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our fragrance products and collections
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Contribute to the development of in-store events and visual merchandising displays
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
