Job Title: Distribution Centre Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Distribution Centre Analyst to support our logistics operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing insightful data analysis and reporting to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and drive data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics and supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with logistics team to support strategic planning and operational initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to enhance performance.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to solve complex logistics challenges.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through meticulous validation and quality checks.
  • Cost 2 serve tool (Power BI) ownership.
  • Project support across all Continuous Improvement logistics activities.
  • Customs Co-ordination with Beiersdorf Customs & transport teams to ensure smooth flow of paperwork & goods.
  • Close interaction with Beiersdorf Supply chain controlling & internal Customs team.
  • Inventory/ Customer query management & support.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Strong Excel and Power-BI experience.
  • Passion for Data Analysis & Data manipulation.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
  • System experience of SAP WM / EWM & Power BI.
