We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Dechra. As a key member of our Quality Control department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Propose and implement laboratory improvements to enhance our quality control processes.
  • Enhance practices and promote a culture consistent with cGMP, cGLP, and Health & Safety within our pharmaceutical laboratory environment.
  • Support QC Analytical and Technical Specialists with preparing and reviewing validation/verification or transfer documents.
  • Perform test method transfers, verification, and validation.
  • Record, report, check, and review analytical data, ensuring maintenance of all analytical documentation.
  • Take an active role in laboratory investigations and ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with team colleagues to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of chemical and physical analysis techniques.
  • Experience with applicable procedures and their application.
  • Background in transfer, validation, and verification processes within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Understanding of GMP regulations for products produced, tested, and marketed within the UK, EU, and US.
  • Computer literate with attention to detail and clarity.
  • Familiar with environmental, health & safety, regulatory, and company standards.
