Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage multiple fit-out projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, including site managers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure timely project completion.
- Manage project budgets and financial reporting, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the fit-out sector, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
- Experience working on large-scale retail projects, preferably with values ranging from £50,000 to £2 million.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
- Willingness to travel and work away from home when required.
