Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect high potential new corporate customers and schedule meetings to assist in making our business the preferred choice.
- Responsible for the sales of bespoke products, liaising extensively with internal cross-functional teams to effectively plan and share upcoming project demands.

- Develop high levels of product knowledge to answer customer questions and provide technical advice as required.
- Embrace modern sales techniques, submitting information into the CRM system with project logs, call planning, key visit notes, and quotations.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, determining and implementing strategies to meet changing market conditions.
- Collaborate with the sales team and senior management to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to remain at the forefront of the UK Lighting Market.
- Attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities.
Requirements:
- A pro-active and proven approach to sales, with a strong desire and ability to win and grow new business.
- Experience of selling directly into the hospitality industry with a strong industry network and solid knowledge of market conditions.
- Possess excellent negotiation, influencing, and account management skills.
- Experience of working in a target-driven sales role, with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and generating new leads.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, combined with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
- Proficiency in CRM Software is desirable.
- Hold a Full UK driving licence and have a willingness to travel and stay away as required.
