  • Develop a strong rapport with your customer base through calls, visits, and delivering on their needs and expectations.
  • Successfully deliver on Bio-Rad's objective of high customer satisfaction by coordinating between customers and relevant departments within Bio-Rad.
  • Establish a high level of communication with product managers, specialists, and key internal personnel to formulate strong customer-focused and successful sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Life Science degree and ideally hands-on postgraduate experience.
  • Sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the life science industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Broad-based technical and practical knowledge of life science workflows.
  • Experience with developing, adapting, understanding, and delivering on plans.
  • Enthusiasm, a strong team ethic, and a good sense of personal responsibility.
