We are seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to support the maintenance and repair operations within social housing and vacant properties in the Staines area.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute a diverse range of responsive repairs and scheduled maintenance tasks in both occupied and unoccupied properties.
2. Utilize a handheld electronic device (PDA) to receive work orders and provide electronic updates on completed tasks or pending works.
3. Address tenant inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.4. Conduct repairs or replacements of windows and doors.
5. Perform kitchen repairs, including the replacement of worktops, units, kickboards, and basic flooring.
6. Manage bathroom installations or repair/replacement of components in toilets, sinks, and bathtubs.
7. Undertake wall tile repairs, patch plastering, and painting tasks.
Essential Requirements:
1. Blue CSCS Card (Multi Trade Level 2 NVQ) OR City & Guilds in Building Maintenance Multi-trade Repair and Refurbishment Operations.
Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
