Job Summary:
The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing process, performing routine maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting equipment issues. This is a fantastic opportunity for a mechanically biased individual to develop their skills and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  2. Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement repairs or replacements as necessary.
  3. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  4. Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless operation of the manufacturing process.
  5. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer or equivalent role.
  2. Mechanical bias and experience in fast-paced manufacturing or heavy industry.
  3. Qualification to at least level 2 as a Maintenance Engineer.

What We Offer:

  1. Competitive salary of £42,000 - £43,000.
  2. 4on/4off days only shift pattern.
  3. 6 months full sick pay every 12 months.
  4. £750 Christmas bonus.
