Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant Manager to oversee and manage our accounts team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the accounts team, ensuring high-quality work and meeting deadlines
  • Develop and implement effective workflow processes and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant (ACCA or ACA/ICAEW or equivalent)
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel and accounting software
