Job Title: Humanities Teacher

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Humanities Teacher to join our team at a popular Secondary School in Lincoln.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Humanities subjects, including History, Geography, and RE, at GCSE Level and KS3. The position will start as soon as possible and will be a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:20-15:45.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Humanities subjects to students at GCSE Level and KS3
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons to meet the needs of all students
  • Assess and mark student work to ensure high standards are maintained
  • Contribute to the development of the Humanities department

Requirements:

  • QTS and experience of teaching Humanities subjects
  • Excellent classroom management skills and ability to motivate students
  • Strong subject knowledge and ability to plan engaging lessons
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
