Job Summary:

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team as an Associate. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to wills, probate, tax, trusts, LPAs, and Court of Protection.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in private client law, with a minimum of 5 years of PQE. You will be a team player, able to offer support and guidance to less experienced members of the team. STEP accreditation is desirable but not essential, as we offer ongoing training and support to help you achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in private client matters, including wills, probate, tax, trusts, LPAs, and Court of Protection
  • Work closely with the Head of Department to develop and implement strategies to grow the private client practice
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other teams within the firm to provide a comprehensive service to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in private client law and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our services
