Private Assistant for Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Private PA to support the Founder/MD of a dynamic Interior Design company. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating across multiple time zones, and liaising with a small team.
Key Responsibilities:- Handling personal and business-related tasks
- Travel arrangements
- Managing correspondence
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and adaptable with excellent communication skills. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a creative environment with a close-knit team.
This role would best suit a professional and discreet PA based in London. There will be regular site visits, weekly meetings in the office, and remote working. Although this is generally a Monday-to-Friday role, flexibility is needed to work weekends when needed according to the employer's requirements.
Interviews will be commencing soon, and the role is to start in January 2025. Salary is very negotiable according to previous experience.
