At Sanderson, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Developer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions using PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and other Power Platform tools.
  • Automation and Integration: Automate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, and integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
  • Testing and Maintenance: Develop and implement plans for unit and system testing, following formal change control processes, and maintain power platforms to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with business units to understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions, and provide best practice and learning to colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Power Platform Expertise: Demonstrated skill in creating Power Platform solutions through all phases of the SDLC and service transition, with a strong understanding of Power Pages, Power Automate processes, Power Apps, and their related components.
  • Agile Development: Experience working in Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver value incrementally.
  • Insurance Industry Knowledge: Demonstrable experience of working in the Lloyds Insurance market with the ability to understand core insurance processes and terminology.
