Residential Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team at Carrington West. As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting site inspections, producing detailed reports, and providing expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough building surveys to identify defects and provide recommendations for repair or maintenance.
  • Administer contracts and coordinate refurbishment schemes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Prepare and issue party wall survey reports and building pathology reports to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements:
  • Chartered membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to evaluate property conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey survey results to clients.
  • Proficiency in using surveying tools and software, including AutoCAD and other relevant systems.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel to site locations.
