Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team at Brook Street (UK) Ltd. As an HR Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Pay & Conditions Team within the Employee Relations Department and across the wider Human Resources & Organisational Development Directorate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers on processing employee personal and contractual information via HRPTS Manager Self Service and relevant offline manual forms.
  • Participate in system audits to monitor and ensure the quality of HRPTS data.
  • Support the Senior HR Advisor with HRPTS data cleansing activities, engaging with key stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure that all payroll processing deadlines are met and provide guidance to Trust staff and managers to achieve these deadlines.
Requirements
  • 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C, including English Language or equivalent.
  • Two years' experience in a clerical or administrative role.
