Accounting & Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Manager to oversee the EMEA billing operations of Infor. This role involves managing a team of 7 people, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the billing process, and maintaining the integrity of financial records.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the billing department, monitoring and managing the billing cycle and workflow.
- Develop and implement effective billing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Supervise and support billing staff, providing training and development opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and address performance issues promptly.
- Prepare and analyze billing KPI reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Address and resolve billing inquiries and disputes from internal customers.
- Work collaboratively with internal customers to fully understand customer needs and billing requirements.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of billing software and systems.
- Implement new technologies and systems to improve billing efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and security within billing systems.
- Continuously evaluate and improve billing processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Lead projects related to billing process improvements and system upgrades.
- Experience in billing, accounting, or customer service.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of the EMEA billing market, including government regulations, local customs, and market drivers.
- Prior experience in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Contribution motivated attitude.
