Bridges Electrical Engineers is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage a team of electricians on various frameworks across the Thames Valley region for Thames Water.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and technical skills to ensure the successful delivery of electrical installations in accordance with BS7671 and Bridges Health & Safety Rules and Essential Standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise electrical installations and ensure compliance with project quality plans and inspection and test plans.
  • Coach and mentor electricians, electrical improvers/mates, and apprentices to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Promote positive health and wellbeing among team members and demonstrate the Bridges' values in all interactions.
  • Act as an ambassador for Bridges and support the business goals while maintaining a positive reputation.
Requirements
  • ECS Gold Card (essential)
  • SSSTS or SMSTS (essential)
  • Appropriate City & Guilds trade qualification (where applicable)
  • Experience in the water/waste water industry and supervising a small team on installations.
  • Emergency first aid or first aider certification.
  • Knowledge of health & safety legislation and company procedures.
  • Full UK driving license.
