GBR Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading Joinery/Carpentry business to find an experienced Bench Joiner who can deliver high-quality bespoke joinery services for various clients across different industry sectors.
This role involves crafting a wide range of joinery works, including wooden window frames, door frames, doors, gates, wooden frameworks, staircases, counters, reception areas, fitted furniture, and shop fronts/signage, using hand tools, power tools, and specialist woodworking machinery.
We are looking for a qualified Bench Joiner with a Level 3 Bench Joinery/Carpentry Diploma (C&G) or similar, who has experience in producing bespoke high-end joinery work, skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery, and possesses an innovative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys to understand client requirements
- Produce cutting lists prior to manufacturing
- Work on heritage and listed building restoration projects, new build housing, commercial property fit-outs, and more
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality joinery services
