Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in the KION Group. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair faults on industrial trucks and material handling equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the use and maintenance of our products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality
Requirements:
  • Experience in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial trucks and material handling equipment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites
