We are seeking an experienced and skilled Care-at-Home Manager to join our team at Health Recruit Network. As a Care-at-Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of a 55-bedded care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and commercial success.
About the Care Home:
The care home is a modern and tasteful development, with a team of qualified and professional staff members who are committed to providing care of the highest standard. The home features a unique interior design, often compared to that of a modern hotel, with bright and attractive spaces that are ideal for the provision of efficient and sensitive care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the care home team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the care home's commercial success and efficiency.
- Ensure the care home maintains the highest standards of care, health, hygiene, and nutrition.
- Manage the care home's budget and resources to ensure effective use of funds.
- Collaborate with the care home's staff, residents, and families to ensure a safe, supportive, and secure environment.
