Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize an international supply chain for castings, ensuring superior quality and performance.

  • Utilize metrics for selection based on grade, size, complexity, lead times, quality, and cost.
  • Proficient use of SAP is a requirement for this position.
  • Handle documentation and negotiate pricing, payment conditions, and discounts with suppliers.
  • Support the development of replenishment strategies, inventory oversight, and logistics management.
  • This position may involve international travel to engage with suppliers.

Qualifications:
- Minimum GCSE English and Mathematics at grade C or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a mechanical engineering setting.

  • Experience in purchasing and supply chain management.
  • Proven track record in conducting audits and achieving timely delivery and quality enhancements.
  • Capability to manage intricate projects effectively.
